I saw both of these when they first came out, way before I read either of these books. I really enjoyed the movies. Now that I've read both books, I can appreciate how people would think they are terrible adaptations. I can agree with them on that, but I still enjoy watching these movies every once in a while.
Both 'in between' were on my bad list, I was super disappointed with both and I will absolutely never watch Eragon again. Terrible movie, too bad the cast was good.

I loved Matthew McFadyen as Mr. Darcy. That is one of my favorite movies. I haven't seen Perk of Being a Wallflower yet. Great list.
ReplyDeleteFor me a surprising "like" was the movie Inkheart! Though I really loved the book and I saw them almost as separate stories.
ReplyDeleteThe Series of Unfortunate Events...creepy just like the book, but it was not a well made movies. They were squishing the whole series into one movie, weren't they?
Oh! And I must say, Pride and Prejudice with Keira--an absolute favorite~
